Upon ordering a commission from me, the commissioner agrees to the following:
1. I may at any point, for any reason, halt the commission process if I so choose
2. I may reject a commission request for any reason
3. If a commission is halted before any work has been completed, a full refund may be issued
4. If a commission is halted after work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued in some but not all circumstances
5. If I am physically unable to finish your commission through no fault of the commissioner, a full refund will be issued
1. All commissions are allowed revisions up to a point, unless complete artistic freedom is agreed to prior to payment
2. Basic design revisions must be requested before the drawing reaches the line art stage (During sketch)
3. What is considered an excessive number of revisions is up to my discression
1. For the most part, I will not take commissions for characters who are the intellectual property of a corportate entity
2. In some circumstances, I may still take a commission for a copyrighted character
2a. This will mostly include characters owned by companies who have a proven record of not taking legal action against paid fan content, or have explicit rules allowing it
1. Payment is required before work is started on the commission, but is not required at the time of commission request or addition to the waiting list
2. Payment will only be accepted in full, seperate installments will not be accepted
3. All money sent should be in US Dollars, additional fees may be applied for conversion if paying with another currency
4. All payments will be processed through PayPal, and though a PayPal account is not required, the payment method used must be accepted by PayPal (Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Card, Bank Account)
- All account information will be handled by PayPal, and any identifying information sent my way will not be shared with any third parties
- These third parties do not include the United States Internal Revenue Service in the event of an audit
1. The commissioner may distribute the finished work as they please, but are not permitted to use the work for any commercial and/or for-profit purpose (Ie. Stickers, Merchandise, NFTs), unless explicitly agreed to prior to payment
2. The commissioner may use and modify the finished product within reason (Avatars, Badges, Stickers), as long as it is for personal use only and not intended to hide references to the original artist
3. The commissioner may not claim any of my work as their own
I reserve all rights to any art I create and will distribute as I see fit
The commissioner, by default, will be kept anonymous, but a social media page or username can be attached upon request
